Why pause?

These days everyone is busy. We are rewarded for always being on. Online. On our phones. In a culture riddled with anxiety, it feels normal to always be on. To always be moving. We are expected to be on the go the whole time and then collapse into holidays a few times a year.

The issue is that we aren’t our best in this state. Our bodies can thrive for a while but ultimately, they begin to protest (high blood pressure, heart disease, bowel disease, weight gain.
The list goes on.)

Our view is that figuring out how to take daily, weekly and monthly breaks is much more transformative than a couple of big blow-out holidays.

The kits

Incorporating daily rest is a wonderful way to thrive, get more done for longer and come up with super creative ideas.

In our kits, we explore a variety of ten-minute breaks that help you get out of your head and into your body. The key is to see what works for you. What actually helps you drop out of the world and into your body? What actually gives you some peace? And then how do you weave that into your daily routine? A small break in the day to help you find some calm and renewed energy.

We’ve put everything in these kits to the test ourselves. We’ve chosen these activities because they’ve helped us (and our loved ones)
refocus, reset, and renew.

We hope you, and those you love, find them as transformative as we have.

“It felt like each day I was unwrapping a new gift to myself. Every day that I opened an envelope there was a moment of gratitude and appreciation that I was doing this for my well-being.”
